A valuable Monthly Stipend:

The amount as a monthly stipend for BS students is ($103) or 700 TL. For the postgrad program, it is 950 TL or ($140) and 1400 TL or ($206) for Ph.D. students.

Health and Travel expenses:

All the expenses related to travel and medical are the responsibility of the government of Tukey. They provide two air tickets, one for arrival and one for departure. Similarly, public health insurance will look after the medical expenditures of a candidate.

Tuition fees-free education:

Free Turkish language training:

Students who cannot speak the Turkish language will get one year of free training in a Turkish language course. Failing in the first sufficiency test will add extra three months of training for a retake of exams.

The Application Process for the Turkey Scholarship Programs:

The online application process is available on the official website. Make sure to read all the given instructions carefully to avoid any errors. However, the deadline is February 24, 2023. The candidates are first required to create a free account on the Turkish Scholarship application portal, fill in their biodata, and attach the following listed documents to create a complete profile.

After that, the candidates are required to choose a Turkish Scholarship offering type from the portal and then click on submit an application for that.

• Diploma or certificate of any degree that u finished before applying for a Turkish scholarship.
• List all the community service that u did in your last school or school.
• High school result cards with grades.
• Middle school result cards.
• Statement of purpose, Letter of Intent, and a research proposal.
• Candidate Passport, Photograph, and NIC.
• All the academic Transcripts. 
• Diploma certificate or Graduation Certificate.
• Language test and International exam score (if mentioned)
• Lastly, language ability certificate.’

Eligibility Criteria:

The general eligibility criteria for every scholarship program is that the candidate must not be an existing or ex-citizen of Turkey. 

But For Undergraduate programs, students below 21 years with at least a 70% score are eligible. Similarly, for the Master’s degree, the age limit is 30 years, while for Ph.D., it is 35 years. Older than these age limits cannot apply for the scholarship. However, the average score must be 75% to become eligible for the Masters and Ph.D. programs.
