International Local Authorities Internship Program 2023: Future Leaders Meet in Turkey

The fully-funded Turkey Government Summer Internships Program 2023 is now open for online applications.

Since recent years, the Turkish Union of municipalities has been hosting an annual international summer internship program with the goal of providing local governance to participants from all over the world through guidance, real-world examples, and site visits in Turkey, which will include socializing and trips to different cities in Turkey. These sites include the historical and beautiful cities in Turkey: Istanbul, Ankara, Konya, and many more. The interesting fact is that this internship is fully funded, unlike other internships. Moreover, every year this internship has a different theme. Last year it was ‘Youth-friendly cities’.  

The Turkish Union of Communities is looking forward to welcoming outstanding young participants from all over the world: the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. They want the next generation to have availed of this life experience as internships are very important for the character building of individuals. It’s a whole new experience that adds value to their life. This also adds great value to their academic portfolio. Moreover, your credit points also increase.

Eligibility for International Local Authorities Internship Program:

• You should be able to speak English.
• Students from all over the world are eligible to apply.
• Students graduating or enrolled in undergraduate degrees can apply
• No specific test: IELTS or SAT is required

Funding of International Local Authorities Internship Program:

This International Local Authorities Internship Program is a one-time opportunity for the students as it has an immense amount of benefits.
