But there are a few restricted countries where students can only apply for graduate programs. However, the eligibility requirements include:

1. A strict age limitation.
2. Not being born before January 1999 makes you eligible for the undergraduate program. However, the marks requirement is 70%.
3. Born before January 1990 makes you ineligible for the Master’s program. Similarly, 75% is mandatory to apply for this program.
4. Born before January 1985 makes you ineligible for the Ph.D. program, and 75% marks are mandatory.
5. For medical programs, it is 90%.
6. If you are a Turkish citizen or an ex-citizen, you cannot apply for this scholarship.
7. A student also has to follow the Turkish Scholarships Language Criteria. That means he has to complete the Turkish language course within a year, a set time limit. The training should not exceed the period.

Candidate selection standards:

The selection of the candidate for a Turkish scholarship depends upon the following documents and records, instance, International Test Score, Diploma Grade, High School Graduation, CGPA, Letter of Intent, Average Grades, and Result of the Entrance exam of the university.
