Every year the government of Turkey announces various scholarship programs under the different disciplines for international students. The purpose of these scholarships is to educate all the underprivileged yet deserving candidates. Additionally, to maintain friendly bonding with other nations. But to apply for any Turkey scholarship program, one has to comply with the stated eligibility criteria.
Similarly, a set of required documents is also obligatory to submit with the application form. These documents play a significant role in the selection process of a candidate, like Statement of purpose, Intent letter, and Letter of Recommendation, etc. However, the recommendation letter convinces the admission committee by describing the candidate’s qualities, mentioned by a teacher in the letter.
It is a letter written by a teacher, counselor, or academic director to the admission committee. Here, a teacher recommends the students for the applied scholarship by describing the qualities, skills, and potentials needed to comply with the degree program.
Who is eligible to write a Recommendation Letter?
When it comes to writing a recommendation letter, commonly, a professor or mentor does this job. But it also depends upon the scholarship program and its criteria. Other than these two, an athlete coach or academic supervisor can also write it.
It does not matter who writes this letter of recommendation. The only thing that matters is its authenticity and construction. The recommendation letter must be brief and explain the student’s capabilities, diligence, and skills impressively in a maximum of 300 to 400 words. Hence, always choose a teacher that knows your inner strengths and talents.

Subject: Letter of Recommendation
This recommendation letter is for my student Adam to recommend him for a Turkey scholarship program in 2022. I have known him for the last three years as I used to teach him English in his secondary school.
He is a positive and hardworking soul with passion and determination to chase his dreams. He can also adapt to any challenging environment and overcome all the hardships and obstacles on his road to success. All such qualities make him a strong candidate for this scholarship program.
I would be thankful and appreciative if you consider his application for your scholarship.
